Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your mouse pad for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the mouse pad must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, used, or missing their original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps outlined on our website. You will need to provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible, and you will receive a tracking number for the replacement item. Please note that personalized or custom items (if available) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
